Erica Campbell to release a powerful, relevant and meaningful new music video for her current song “Praying and Believing.” Directed by actress, activist Meagan Good, this stunning and jarring video was shot on location at a LA County Women's Jail and exposes the tragedies of incarceration and the social injustices facing our community. Erica vividly portrays a wrongly jailed woman, who finds healing through prayer. The video was created in partnership with the LIVE FREE Campaign, the largest faith based national network working with churches to respond to gun violence, mass incarceration and civic engagement. They organization works in over 20 cities with thousands of pastors and congregations to make peace and eliminate mass incarceration. “Praying and Believing” also features appearances by MC Lyte, Goo Goo Atkins, viral sensations Dani and Dannah Lockett, and Pastor Michael McBride, Director of the LIVE FREE Campaign.
